Estonia's second largest city Tartu, as a population of about 102 thousand, and is considered as a Tartu thought and culture center in the country, especially as it includes the oldest and most famous Estonian University, the University of Tartu. Tartu is located 186 to the south-east of the capital, Tallinn, Estonia, a South Center.
